Chrissy Myers

Chrissy Myers is the CEO of AUI and Clarity HR, where she helps small and medium-sized businesses navigate Human Resources and Employee Benefits with fresh, disruptive approaches. She is also the author of Reluctantly Resilient and the creator of the Resilient Operating System™ (ROS), a leadership framework designed to help business owners and teams respond to disruption without burning out.

A passionate storyteller, Chrissy also co-hosts two podcasts—Better Business for Small Business Leaders and The Business Fix—where she shares practical insights to strengthen leaders and organizations. She is the driving force behind AUI Gives Back and Clarity Cares, community impact programs that encourage employees to serve and share their contributions locally.

Chrissy’s leadership and community commitment have earned her recognition. Beyond business, she currently serves as Chair of the Summit County Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Board and sits on several nonprofit boards across Northeast Ohio.
